- Assist with market scan of competitors landscape and analysis of customer's needs through research and market survey.
- Support the team to enhance existing product suite and come up with new product offerings to SME to enable them to buy, sell and operate better for OCBC to strengthen our position as the market leader in SME banking.
- Work closely with Sales, Legal and Compliance, Marketing, Global Transaction Banking in the product launch cycle from ideation to marketing of the solutions.
- Automate and enhance the reporting for ongoing projects and key drivers as part of management update to call out key insights and perform analysis where required.
- Work with colleagues from IT and Global Transaction Banking to manage any system issues and enhancements, and where required, assist with the action plans required for remediation. to ensure that the customers are properly assessed for onboarding.

- Able to conduct independent research for a thoughtful analysis.
- Comfortable with Excel to automate reporting processes.
- Assist in administrative HR task for business resource augmentation.
