About the Bank

A leading Asian financial institution with a strong foothold in Singapore and across the region is expanding its Corporate Banking franchise. Recognized for its stability, relationship-driven approach, and deep expertise in corporate lending, the bank is seeking to appoint experienced Relationship Managers to strengthen its coverage of medium corporate clients.

The Opportunity

As a Relationship Manager (Medium Corporates), you will manage and grow a portfolio of medium-sized corporate clients across diverse industries. This is a key front-office role where you will deepen client relationships, originate new business, and provide a full suite of banking solutions to support clients’ growth ambitions.

Key Responsibilities

    • Manage and expand a portfolio of medium corporate clients in Singapore.
    • Originate new client relationships and drive business development initiatives.
    • Deliver tailored banking solutions across lending, trade finance, cash management, and treasury products.
    • Collaborate closely with product partners and internal stakeholders to structure and execute solutions.
    • Conduct credit analysis, prepare proposals, and ensure portfolio compliance with internal and regulatory standards.
    • Monitor portfolio performance and proactively identify cross-selling opportunities.

Requirements

    • 5 to 10 years of experience as a Relationship Manager in corporate banking, ideally covering medium corporates.
    • Proven track record in client acquisition, portfolio growth, and delivering integrated banking solutions.
    • Strong credit and financial analysis skills, with solid knowledge of KYC/AML and regulatory requirements.
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management abilities.
    • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field.
