Our client is a leading renowned corporate bank, looking to expand their banking team in Singapore. With specialisation in large corporates, our client is looking to hire a relationship manager in the front line to manage the portfolios.

As a Relationship Manager in our local corporate segment, you will be responsible for the following:
**1. Client Relationship Management**
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with local corporate clients, becoming a trusted advisor.
- Understand client needs and provide tailored financial solutions.
- Identify opportunities to deepen client engagement and cross-sell our products and services

**2. Business Development and Hunting**
- Proactively identify and target potential corporate clients in the local market.
- Develop and execute a robust business development strategy to acquire new clients.
- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to create compelling offerings for prospective clients.

**3. Strategic Planning**
- Work closely with senior management to develop and execute strategic plans for the local corporate segment.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of the curve.
- Implement initiatives that drive revenue growth and market share.

**4. Compliance and Risk Management**
- Ensure all client interactions and transactions comply with regulatory standards.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with client relationships.
- Uphold the highest ethical standards in all dealings.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Proven track record in relationship management and business development, particularly in the local corporate sector for more than 5 years.
- Strong understanding of financial products and services.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of local market dynamics and regulations.
- Mandarin speaking skills is essential
