About the Job
- Drive the growth of the company's solutions and products with a focus on expanding international sales.
- Build, maintain, and strengthen relationships with distributors and customers to retain existing accounts and develop new opportunities.
- Lead negotiations on pricing, terms, delivery, and product specifications with distributors, oversee contract agreements, monitor deliveries, and ensure successful deal closures.
- Develop a deep understanding of the company's product portfolio, from basic models to advanced research-grade microscope systems, and implement effective sales and marketing strategies.
- Provide timely support to distributors and conduct overseas client visits when required.
- Participate in product launches, contributing to strategy development, planning, and execution.
- Deliver product demonstrations and solution presentations to prospects and clients.
- Oversee distributor credit control processes to ensure compliance and smooth operations.
- Track and analyze sales performance data, prepare reports, and present regular updates to management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Life Science or in a relevant field, preferred.
- 3–5 years of proven experience in product sales within the healthcare engineering sector.
- Knowledge or hands-on experience with microscopy or channel management is an added advantage.
- Highly organized, self-driven, dependable, and resourceful.
- Demonstrates initiative with a strong desire to learn and progress in a sales career.
- Capable of working independently as well as collaborating effectively within a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Willing to travel at least once a month, as required.
