SBF's SBI is the Programme Manager for 6 Career Conversion Programmes.  Under these programmes, SBI's role is to market and manage the end-to-end process of the Career Conversion Programmes (CCPs).

You will play a critical role in driving the awareness of CCPs, managing outreach activities and processing applications to ensure the key deliverables for the programmes are met.

Job Responsibilities

1.Manage and Market the CCP programmes in accordance with the deliverables:

  • Create awareness of CCPs through EDMs, SBF website and other marketing channels
  • Answer enquiries on CCP programmes

  • Keep track and follow up with leads

  • Manage administrative matters:

  • Assist companies with the required documentation needed for the programme

  • Ensure proper documentation for the programme funding are in place
  • Applications follow-up, Review & Assessment
  • Review before and after job descriptions, OJT plans

  • Ensure proper tracking on the number of companies and participants for the programme

  • Other administrative matters related to the programme

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of working experience
