Job Responsibilities:

  • Ensure compliance with billing procedures, manage invoices, handle journal entries, and resolve financial discrepancies.
  • Prepare month-end GL entries, clear bank/AR accounts, update aging reports, and submit required reports to government agencies.
  • Review and enhance billing and credit control processes, and participate in system upgrades or workplace improvement initiatives.
  • Support internal and external audits, manage accruals, bad debt provisions, and perform reconciliations.
  • Approve purchase requisitions, payment requests, and assist with duties assigned by the Reporting Officer, including system implementations.

Job Requirements:

  • Degree in Accountancy/ Finance or related discipline with minimum 2 years of relevant experience
  • At least 2 years of relevant Accounts Payables experience (for Accountant role)
  • Proficient in SAP and MS Office applications (e.g. MS Excel, MS Word)
  • Strong understanding of finance systems, process and proper accounting treatment in Accounts Receivables Management
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
