About the Role

We are seeking a meticulous and proactive Accounts Assistant (6-Month Contract) to provide temporary coverage. The ideal candidate should be hands-on, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.

This role will support daily financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately enter financial data (invoice, journal entries) into SAP.
  • Verify and cross-check data for accuracy and completeness before posting.
  • Maintain proper documentation and filing of finance records.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely submission of financial documents.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and financial procedures.
  • Any others project / assignment that will be directed by the superior

Requirements:

·       GCE 'A' Levels, Diploma in Accounting

·       Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.

·       Good organizational and time management skills.

·       Proficient in Microsoft office applications, particularly Excel.

·       Familiarity with SAP will be advantageous
