We are looking for 6 Temp Data Entry Assistants to support a government department in completing the population of the baseline database.

Job Scope

  • Assist with data retrieval, data verification, and data entry to ensure accurate completion of the baseline database.

Requirements

  • Degree or Diploma holder
  • Strong command of English (reading, writing, and comprehension) – able to interpret State title conditions and explain identified issues clearly
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
  • Confident in operating laptops, accessing existing and in-development systems (e.g., LRME, LBS), and performing basic troubleshooting
  • Prior experience in data retrieval, verification, and entry
  • Meticulous and detail-oriented
