Responsibilities:

  • Conduct investigations into Commercial and General insurance claims (Property & Casualty, Work Injury, Public Liability etc)
  • Attending to job sites, interviewing concerned parties, examining and analyzing causes, nature and extent of loss/damage
  • Investigating work safety lapse and complying to work safety protocol
  • Timely reporting to Principals (writing and submitting investigation reports)

Requirements:

  • Candidates should hold at least an O level / Diploma/ GCE 'A' level
  • Possessing insurance certificates is an advantage
  • Bilingual in English and 2nd language
  • Proficient in MS Office Application
  • Preferably with a riding or driving license (possess own vehicle)
  • Ability to communicate at all levels, good English writing skills are necessary
  • Applicants with Insurance Claims background will have an advantage
  • Applicants with experience in Workplace Risk Management background will have an advantage
