Manager, Claims Services

- Supervise and manage different classes of claims including Casualty, Financial Lines, Cyber and other liability claims.
- Investigate and negotiate claims settlements and recoveries. Oversee complaints handling and resolution
- Lead and manage a team of claims professionals. Train, coach, and mentor junior staff. Guide staff on complex or difficult claims.
- Review claim files, monitor recoveries, set reserves, and authorize claims payments.
- Handle enquiries and correspondence with professionalism and accuracy.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and intermediaries through regular engagement.
- Collaborate with legal counsel, loss adjusters, and external experts.
- Maintain accurate claims records and prepare reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and industry regulations.
- Undertake any other duties as may be assigned.

Qualifications
- Tertiary education
- Relevant qualifications in general insurance
- Legal qualification is advantageous

- Technical insurance knowledge
- Claims technical know-how - Financial Lines and/or Cyber claims experience is advantageous.
