Job Scope:

  • Oversee daily motor claims processing and ensure smooth workflow
  • Guide customers step-by-step through the accident reporting process.
  • Handle customer escalations related to motor claims.
  • Supervise a team of claims officers and support staff.
  • Conduct training, coaching, and performance reviews.
  • Monitor staff productivity and ensure service quality
  • Follow up on accident reporting cases to meet required deadlines.
  • Prepare regular reports on claims performance, cost trends, and pending cases.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory guidelines, and audit standards.
  • Provide advice to policyholders on claim procedures, documents, and requirements.
  • Work closely with workshops, adjusters, and insurers to resolve customer issues.
  • Implement service standards and assist in quality assurance checks.

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma holder in any relevant field.
  • Minimum 2 years of supervisory or team-leading experience.
  • Automotive industry experience is preferably in vehicle service, repair, or claims.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills to supervise and motivate staff
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for handling customers and internal teams.
  • Ability to resolve customer complaints efficiently and maintain high service standards.
  • Knowledge of automotive claims, insurance processes, or workshop operations is a plus.
