Job Duties:

  • Lead and manage end-to-end implementation of IT systems.
  • Coordinate with consultants and vendors throughout the implementation process.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and documentation.
  • Research and evaluate system solutions to meet business needs.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to gather requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Manage change initiatives to prepare users for new systems or upgrades.
  • Monitor system performance and collect user feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Assist in managing network infrastructure and providing end-user support.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Information Technology, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in IT project management.
  • Proven track record in managing ERP, Property Management Systems, or related enterprise solutions.
  • Experience with systems such as SAP, Oracle, Yardi, or similar platforms.
  • Good understanding of real estate business processes.
  • Strong ability to work independently and collaboratively across cross-functional teams.
  • Working Time: 8am to 5.30pm (mon - fri)
