Responsibilities:

  • Handle day-to-day insurance administration including policy issuance, endorsements, renewals, and cancellations.
  • Process insurance claims by verifying documents, assessing validity, and coordinating with insurers, adjusters, and clients.
  • Liaise with customers, agents, and underwriters to provide updates and resolve queries in a timely manner.
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, and related policy documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the insurance system and filing database.
  • Prepare periodic reports and assist in audit/claims review processes.
  • Support the sales/servicing team with follow-ups on pending cases or customer requirements.
  • Respond to general enquiries via email, phone calls, or walk-ins with professionalism.
  • Assist in other administrative and ad-hoc duties as required by the team or management.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum Diploma / Higher Nitec or equivalent will be added advantage.
  • Diploma in any field with 3+ years of administrative experience in the automotive industry.
  • Knowledge of insurance claims processes.
