eazy is looking for an ambitious, engaging relationship builder to join our team. You will be the front of the company and will have the dedication to create and apply an effective sales strategy and forging strong relationships with clients. Reporting to the Assistant Manager, Health, the successful candidate will be part of a team of specialists in Employee Benefits insurance that helps to simplify the products, and deliver the protection to the client seamlessly through technology.
A day in the life:
- Using digital tools to quote Employee Benefits insurance that comes through our online portal
- Be the project manager taking charge of the clients' insurance renewal process (Both Portfolio & Experience-rated Plans)
- Building good rapport with insurers so as to secure the best deals for our clients
- Liaising with clients and insurers on policies renewal & new business placement (Both Portfolio & Experience-rated Plans)
- Be involved in ad-hoc projects to improve the quotation process through the utilization of technology
- Follow up and be in-charge of sourcing for new quotations and presenting them to prospects in assigned portfolio
- Cleaning up renewal member listing provided by the client and reconciling them against our / insurer's records
- Doing Premium & Benefits Comparison by analysing the data obtained to propose solutions to clients
- Answering product-related enquiries from the clients and providing solutions to their issues
- Conducting Benefits Presentation session
- Monthly reporting of the new business's conversion rate and policy renewal's retention rat
What you need:
- At least a Diploma in any discipline
- BCP, PGI, ComGI, & HI certifications are mandatory
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Employee Benefits either as Broker Support / Broker in Broking firm or Insurance Company or as a General Insurance Broker
- Tech Savviness, and Proficiency in MS Office Suite i.e. MS Excel (Pivot Table & V-Lookup), Powerpoint, Word
- Great Customer Service skills
- Critical Thinking (flexibility to apply concepts to different scenarios for problem-solving)
- Ability to work under stress
- Meticulous to deal with sensitive data, analyse the underwriting information to propose solutions to clients
- Fast Learner (to pick up the systems and processes within the first 3 months)
- A hunger and aptitude to learn and grow with the firm
