Business Development Executive

**Position Overview**:
The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and driving revenue growth. This role requires a proactive and strategic mindset, along with strong communication skills to effectively engage stakeholders. We are looking for passionate individuals to join our team and help drive our growth.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute sales strategies that align with business goals.
- Prepare and present compelling proposals and presentations to prospective clients.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements to ensure favourable terms for the company and clients.
- Monitor and report on sales results, identifying areas for improvement and adjusting strategies accordingly.
- Work closely with marketing, product development, and other departments to align efforts and drive business growth.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of sales principles and practices.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Results-oriented with a strong drive for success.

Pay: $3,500.00 - $6,000.00 per month
