Sales and Business Development Executive
, you will play a crucial role in growing the business by driving sales, identifying new business opportunities, and establishing strong relationships with clients. Your key responsibilities include:
Sales Strategy & Execution
:Identify and pursue new sales leads through various channels (e.g., cold calls, emails, networking, social media).
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients, tailoring solutions to meet their specific needs.
Business Development & Market Expansion
:Research and identify new business opportunities, including potential clients, markets, and partnerships.
- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of leads, managing the entire sales process from prospecting to closing deals.
Collaborate with senior leadership to expand business opportunities and drive market share growth.
Client Relationship Management
:Build and nurture long-term relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Provide high-quality customer service, addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction.
Follow up with clients post-sale to ensure they are receiving maximum value from the products or services.
Proposal & Contract Negotiation
:Prepare and present customized proposals, pricing models, and contracts based on client needs and company offerings.
Negotiate contract terms with clients to ensure mutually beneficial agreements and close deals efficiently.
Market Research & Competitive Analysis
:Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and client demands.
Provide feedback and insights to the marketing team on market trends, customer preferences, and competitive positioning.
Collaboration & Reporting
:Work closely with the marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure seamless execution of sales and business development strategies.
- Prepare regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and market insights to present to senior management.

Educational Requirements
:Bachelor's degree in
Business Administration

Marketing

Sales
, or a related field.Experience
:At least
2-3 years
of experience in
sales

business development
, or a related field.- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving business growth.
Experience in
B2B sales
is a plus.Skills
