· Identify and prospect for new sales opportunities within target markets

· Develop and execute effective sales strategies to acquire new customers

· Build and maintain a strong pipeline of sales leads and opportunities

· Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the company's products and solutions.

· Negotiate and close sales deals in a timely and professional manner

· Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets

· Provide market intelligence and insights to improve sales strategies and processes

Job Requirement:

· Diploma in Business/Engineering with electrical background, M&E or industrial products industry

· years of proven experience in sales development or new business acquisition role

· Must have class 3 license, have own transport

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills

· Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills

· Proficient in using Microsoft tools to manage workflow
