
Business Development Executive

Responsibilities:
- Explore potential customers and maintain good relationship with existing customers.
- Develop and establish sales strategies to expand market share.
- Planning of sales visit to customer to address customer's needs.
- Preparation of sales proposal, quotations and attending customer's enquiries.
- Conduct engaging technical presentations and demonstration to illustrate product features and benefits to existing and prospective customers.
- Preparation of document / presentation materials for project sales.
- Liaising with internal & external stakeholder on project progression including performance bond preparation, delivery lead time, installation date etc.
- Follow up payment status with client.
- Any other ad hoc duties assigned.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in any Engineering / Business field from any recognized institution
- At least 2 years of experience in sales & marketing roles in engineering or packaging industry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Self-motivated and ability to work in a team or independently with minimum supervision
- Meticulous, organized and great interpersonal skills
- Cheerful and pleasant personality
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Able to start immediately / Technical background will be a plus
Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and building long-term customer relationships
