Known for its dynamic and collaborative team culture, the company blends digital innovation with influencer-driven content to create impactful brand experiences.

They are currently seeking a Livestream Ops Assistant to support the end-to-end execution of livestream e-commerce sessions, ensuring smooth technical setup, engaging content delivery, and post-stream analysis to optimize performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate livestream schedules, briefs, and creative assets with clients and internal teams
  • Assist with technical setup and pre-stream checks (camera, lighting, software)
  • Provide real-time support during livestreams and troubleshoot issues
  • Engage with online communities before, during, and after livestreams
  • Manage backend tasks like product tagging, vouchers, and platform tools
  • Support logistics, props, and host coordination
  • Assist with post-stream reporting and feedback collection

Requirements

  • Basic knowledge of livestream platforms (e.g., TikTok, Instagram Live)
  • Familiarity with technical setup (camera, lighting, microphones, streaming software)
  • Strong communication and coordination skills
  • Ability to engage with online communities and manage live chat interactions
  • Detail-oriented with good organizational skills
  • Able to multitask and troubleshoot in real-time
  • Comfortable working flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
  • Prior experience in e-commerce, livestreaming, or digital marketing is a plus
