Key Responsibility :
- Plan and update menus, ensuring balance, health, and dietary needs.
- Supervise food preparation, quality, presentation, and recipe consistency.
- Train, supervise, and schedule kitchen staff while ensuring discipline and hygiene.
- Manage inventory, ordering, FIFO practices, and maintain kitchen cleanliness.
- Oversee equipment care, handle minor issues, and ensure proper maintenance.
- Communicate with other departments, resolve kitchen problems, and mentor junior chefs.
Job Requirements :
- 2-3 years of working experience in Chinese cuisine
- Must able to perform OT when needed
