The Sales Manager will lead the team in driving sales performance, market share growth, and brand presence across both off-trade & wholesales channels. The role oversees key segments including Modern Off-Trade, Premium Off-Trade, and E-Commerce, while managing top wholesalers and partnering closely with the on-trade sales team. Key responsibilities include developing channel strategies, planning sales and promotional activities, and coaching direct reports.
