• Tentative Start Date: Jan/Feb 26, 12-Month Contract (subjected to renewal)
• Working Hours: Mondays to Fridays, office hours
Key Responsibilities
HR Leadership:
- Design and implement HR strategies and policies that align with organizational goals.
- Collaborate with leadership to drive organizational change and build an adaptive workforce.
- Provide guidance on HR-related issues to senior management and department heads.
- Lead initiatives to enhance employee engagement and organizational culture.
Talent Management and Organizational Development:
- Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies to meet staffing needs.
- Drive succession planning and leadership development programs for critical roles.
- Implement training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and capabilities.
Rewards and Performance Management:
- Design competitive compensation and benefits structures tailored to the local market.
- Oversee performance management frameworks to align individual performance with organizational goals.
- Develop and implement employee well-being and DEI programs.
- Create recognition programs to celebrate employee achievements and contributions.
HR Operations, Compliance & Policy Governance:
- Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures that comply with labor laws and align with organizational goals.
- Oversee HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, benefits administration, and employee records management.
- Conduct regular audits of HR processes to ensure compliance and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field; HR certification (e.g., IHRP) preferred.
- 10+ years of relevant experience, preferably in a start-up environment.
Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to influence and negotiate effectively.
- Strategic leadership and management skills to inspire teams and foster employee engagement.
- Proficiency in AI Tools and Data Analytics
