• Working Hours: Mondays to Fridays, office hours

Key Responsibilities

HR Leadership: ​

  • Design and implement HR strategies and policies that align with organizational goals. ​
  • Collaborate with leadership to drive organizational change and build an adaptive workforce. ​
  • Provide guidance on HR-related issues to senior management and department heads. ​
  • Lead initiatives to enhance employee engagement and organizational culture. ​

Talent Management and Organizational Development: ​

  • Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies to meet staffing needs. ​
  • Drive succession planning and leadership development programs for critical roles. ​
  • Implement training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and capabilities.

Rewards and Performance Management: ​

  • Design competitive compensation and benefits structures tailored to the local market. ​
  • Oversee performance management frameworks to align individual performance with organizational goals. ​
  • Develop and implement employee well-being and DEI programs. ​
  • Create recognition programs to celebrate employee achievements and contributions. ​

HR Operations, Compliance & Policy Governance: ​

  • Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures that comply with labor laws and align with organizational goals. ​
  • Oversee HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, benefits administration, and employee records management. ​
  • Conduct regular audits of HR processes to ensure compliance and identify areas for improvement. ​

Requirements: ​

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field; HR certification (e.g., IHRP) preferred. ​
  • 10+ years of relevant experience, preferably in a start-up environment. ​

Skills:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to influence and negotiate effectively. ​
  • Strategic leadership and management skills to inspire teams and foster employee engagement. ​ ​
  • Proficiency in AI Tools and Data Analytics
