HR Manager

We are looking for an experienced HR Manager (Female) to lead and oversee all aspects of human resources and office administration. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing recruitment, employee relations, and HR policies while ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of the office.
Preferred countries to apply: Vietnam, Myanmar
Key Responsibilities- Manage end-to-end HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, and exit processes.
- Oversee payroll, leave management, and employee records.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company HR policies.
- Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures to support company goals.
- Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary matters professionally.
- Conduct performance management, training, and staff development initiatives.
- Support management in manpower planning, succession planning, and organizational development.
- Oversee office administration tasks such as vendor coordination, office supplies, and documentation.
- Organize staff engagement activities, meetings, and events.
- Carry out any other HR or administrative duties assigned by management.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in HR management or senior HR roles.
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian labor laws and HR best practices.
- Proven experience in recruitment, employee engagement, and HR operations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR software/tools.
- Ability to work independently, maintain confidentiality, and multitask effectively.
- Degree/Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or equivalent.
