This role supports the HR Manager in delivering end-to-end HR and administrative functions, with key responsibilities including recruitment, employee engagement, payroll, compliance, and policy implementation.

We are working with a well-established multinational organization in the maritime sector to hire an experienced HR Generalist. This role supports the HR Manager in delivering end-to-end HR and administrative functions, with key responsibilities including recruitment, employee engagement, payroll, compliance, and policy implementation.

The role:

  • Support HR Manager across all HR and admin functions including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
  • Handle full-cycle recruitment and drive employer branding initiatives.
  • Manage compensation, benefits, and payroll processing in compliance with Singapore regulations.
  • Administer performance management, learning & development, and employee engagement activities.
  • Oversee work pass applications, renewals, and terminations.
  • Ensure accurate maintenance of employee records in HR systems.
  • Support government-related HR matters such as surveys, grants, and statutory claims.
  • Assist in reviewing and implementing HR and admin policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with managers on HR planning and organizational development.

Requirements:

  • 3 - 5 years of relevant experience in a full-spectrum HR Generalist role.
  • Solid understanding of Singapore employment legislation and work pass regulations.
  • Experience in a multinational company environment is an advantage.
