- Execute HR strategies and initiatives to ensure employee satisfaction and high-quality HR services within the assigned Business Unit.
- Support recruitment efforts to attract and retain top talent.
- Manage manpower planning and people budget to meet business needs.
- Oversee the performance management process to ensure fair and transparent evaluations.
- Drive employee engagement activities, events, and welfare programs in collaboration with Corporate HR.
- Communicate and enforce HR policies, procedures, and programs while addressing employee queries and mediating workplace issues.
- Manage the full employee life cycle including onboarding, exits, and documentation.
- Handle employee relations matters, grievances, and investigations in compliance with legal requirements.
- Provide HR support and advice on policies, letters, and career development matters.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR processes, systems, and best practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Human Resources.
- A minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience in RETAIL industry.
- Good verbal and written communication in English.
- Positive energy with can do attitude.
Required Skills:
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in employee engagement initiatives.
- Knowledge of HR best practices.
