  • Execute HR strategies and initiatives to ensure employee satisfaction and high-quality HR services within the assigned Business Unit.
  • Support recruitment efforts to attract and retain top talent.
  • Manage manpower planning and people budget to meet business needs.
  • Oversee the performance management process to ensure fair and transparent evaluations.
  • Drive employee engagement activities, events, and welfare programs in collaboration with Corporate HR.
  • Communicate and enforce HR policies, procedures, and programs while addressing employee queries and mediating workplace issues.
  • Manage the full employee life cycle including onboarding, exits, and documentation.
  • Handle employee relations matters, grievances, and investigations in compliance with legal requirements.
  • Provide HR support and advice on policies, letters, and career development matters.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR processes, systems, and best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Human Resources.
  • A minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience in RETAIL industry.
  • Good verbal and written communication in English.
  • Positive energy with can do attitude.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in employee engagement initiatives.
