What You'll Do:

As a Licensing Executive, you will play a vital role in the smooth operation of our licensing business across Southeast Asia. Reporting to the Licensing Operations Manager, you will handle administrative, operational, and communication tasks to ensure efficient support for the team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the certification sticker process: from order coordination to inventory tracking and monthly reporting
  • Liaise with licensees, agents, and warehouse partners for sticker packing and logistics
  • Maintain and update FlowHaven licensing system accounts and user access
  • Assist in verifying royalty reports and uploading them into our system
  • Support onboarding and guidance for royalty report submissions
  • Organize and maintain proper filing for contracts and documentation
  • Screen general licensing inquiries via email
  • Provide coverage for team members during leave, including updates to the Global Deals Tracker

What We're Looking For:
  • Diploma / Degree in Business Management or a related field
  • 3–5 years of experience in sales or administrative support (experience in licensing is a plus)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with licensing management systems like FlowHaven is an advantage
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Strong initiative with a proactive approach to improving processes
  • A collaborative team player with excellent communication skills
  • Experience with logistics, shipping procedures, and customs regulations is a strong plus
