Job Scope:

Service Crew

  • Greet and assist customers with their orders and inquiries.
  • Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Serve food and drinks to customers.

Cook

  • Prepare and cook food according to the menu and company standards.
  • Ensure food quality and presentation meet company standards.
  • Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen and workstations, following hygiene guidelines.
  • Manage inventory of ingredients and ensure stock levels are adequate.

Sous Chef

  • Lead and mentor kitchen staff, upholding hygiene and food safety standards.
  • Prepare a wide range of dishes from hearty brunch items to fresh salads and house-made bakes.
  • Innovate seasonal menus and contribute to special promotions or events.
  • Oversee food quality and consistency at every service.

Barista

  • Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, beverages, and light food items according to café standards.
  • Provide warm and professional customer service, ensuring an excellent guest experience.
  • Operate coffee machines, grinders, and POS system confidently and safely.
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of workstations and café environment.
  • Assist in inventory management, restocking, and daily opening/closing procedures.
  • Stay updated on café promotions and menu offerings to engage customers effectively.

Bartender

  • Create SOPs as a team and manage daily bar operations with precision
  • Take charge of bar preparation, stock levels, and timing
  • Keep the bar clean, safe, and running smoothly
  • Maintain drinks hygiene standards and workplace safety
  • Assist the head bartender with cost management, quality control, and training new talent

Job Requirements:

  • Experience in cooking will be an advantage
  • Good attitude
