This role reports to the Head/ Lead of Project Management Office and is responsible for providing strategic direction and establishing effective execution for project management functions within the organization. This includes developing and maintaining project management methodologies, standards, and tools; establishing and implementing project governance frameworks; and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices. This role requires (1) strong organizational and communication skills; (2) good time management in handling multiple projects; and (3) working collaboratively with stakeholders across the organization.

  • Develop and maintain project management methodologies and standards to ensure consistency in project/service delivery
  • Establish processes and procedures for project/service delivery planning, execution, monitoring, and control
  • Develop templates and tools for project documentation and reporting
  • Establish and implement project/service delivery governance frameworks to ensure projects are aligned with business objectives and deliverables
  • Provide guidance and support to project/service delivery teams in governance and compliance
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices, including quality management, data protection, privacy, and security regulations
  • Participate in Quality Department's regular project/service delivery audits to identify and address compliance issues
  • Conduct investigation for project's issues to identify root cause/s and rectify project/service delivery issues
  • Ensure that project and service delivery teams adhere to contractual obligations and established industry and organizational standards
  • Support project/ service delivery teams in articulating project challenges to stakeholders
  • Guide project/service delivery teams in developing and maintaining stakeholder engagement plans to promote effective communication and collaboration
  • Facilitate the rollout and governance of competency framework for project management/service delivery management
  • Identify and promote relevant training courses to project/service delivery teams
  • Conduct training and sharing sessions relating to project management/service delivery management

Qualities We Value

  • At least 3 years of experience in project management, with a track record in project governance and compliance
  • Experience managing projects in a regulated environment, such as IT Products/service, Engineering product/service, Maintenance Service or with Government agencies
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies
  • PMP or equivalent certification is a plus
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
  • Strong stakeholder and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire project teams
