Project & Facilities Manager (M&E) - Government Project

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of Engineers and Technical Officers to fulfill contractual requirements and responsibilities.
  • Oversee and provide technical support for M&E services under IFM, IBC, and A&A projects.
  • Attend meetings with clients, consultants, and strategic partners to ensure smooth project coordination.
  • Plan, manage, and monitor project schedules, timelines, and operational works, including maintenance activities.
  • Oversee and manage minor/major repairs, life-cycle replacement (LCR) of M&E systems, and track operational work requests and fault calls from clients.
  • Drive and support innovation and sustainability initiatives within project scope.
  • Apply strong engineering problem-solving skills in addressing failures in M&E, building, and infrastructure systems.
  • Prepare and submit monthly progress claims and related project documentation.
  • Manage and supervise contractors for all project works, including minor and major works.

Requirements

  • Degree in Project Management, Facilities Management, Engineering, or equivalent, with at least 3 years of relevant post-graduate experience; OR
  • Diploma in a related discipline, with at least 5 years of relevant experience preferably has experience managing government building projects
  • Due to security clearance requirements, only Singaporeans can be considered for the role
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail and timelines.
  • Knowledge of M&E systems, building infrastructure, and sustainability practices will be an advantage.
