Job Description:
Responsible for the creation, organization, execution, completion, and maintenance of projects
Manage scope and quality in alignment with stakeholders and manage risks and issues along the entire lifecycle and help the team remove blockers and solve problems
Effectively communicate and manage stakeholder expectations and provide status information regularly
Drive detailed technical discussions and manage the team to deliver a successful implementation
Provide effective leadership to the team in solving problems, cultivate team cohesiveness & teamwork
Manage projects that will involve development (hardware, firmware, software) and production
Overseeing the entire project so that all required documentation is complete
Job Requirements:
- Possess at least 3 plus years of project management experience
- Experience in product development and/or software development
- Familiar with network infrastructure
- Strong management skills, including coaching, team-building, and conflict resolution
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Results-oriented mindset to achieve and exceed project goals.
- Project management certification like PMP or equivalent is preferred
- ITIL and CISSP is an added advantage
- Passion to learn and able to follow processes
