Responsibilities- End-to-end delivery of large-scale data center migration from planning through post-migration stabilization, ensuring regulatory compliance and risk management
- Orchestrate dual vendor tracks, manage C-level presentations, and coordinate cross-functional teams including infrastructure architects and engineering teams
- Drive project approvals through investment committees, lead steering committees, and ensure adherence to banking regulatory frameworks and audit requirements
- Proactively identify and mitigate project risks, manage escalations, and implement change governance processes to ensure successful delivery
- Report progress to senior stakeholders, manage scope changes, and optimize resource allocation and timeline delivery across the enterprise
- 10+ years project management in banking/financial services with 5+ years managing large-scale data center migrations
- Deep knowledge of virtualization, hypervisor environments, and data center infrastructure with proven migration delivery experience
- Strong understanding of banking regulatory landscape, compliance requirements, and financial services operational frameworks
- Exceptional stakeholder management and presentation abilities with experience engaging C-level executives and leading cross-functional teams
