Job Description – Account Manager
Role Overview

The Account Manager delivers a premium, tailored client experience by overseeing food services, client relations, restaurant programs, events, and operational excellence. This role requires strong relationship management, event execution skills, and the ability to curate memorable hospitality experiences aligned with client needs.

Key Responsibilities
Curated Food & Beverage Experience


• Oversee daily breakfast and lunch programs tailored to client preferences.

• Collaborate with chefs to ensure menus are seasonal, diverse, and aligned with dietary requirements.

• Maintain premium presentation and service standards.

Client Relationship Management


• Act as the primary point of contact for hospitality-related matters.

• Build and sustain strong stakeholder relationships, adapting to evolving client needs.

• Collect and leverage feedback to continuously improve service delivery.

Local Restaurant Partnerships & Promotions


• Curate and manage partnerships with local restaurants for exclusive offers and pop-up experiences.

• Handle logistics for promotions and surprise events.

• Ensure vendor quality consistently meets internal standards.

Event Planning & Execution


• Lead planning and coordination of onsite and offsite events, including seasonal celebrations.

• Work closely with internal and external teams to ensure seamless event execution.

Operational Excellence


• Manage catering staff and uphold high service standards.

• Monitor inventory, ordering, and budget management.

• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.

• Introduce new hospitality concepts and refine offerings using data insights.

Qualifications & Skills


• Proven experience in account management, hospitality, or client-facing roles.

• Strong organizational and event-planning abilities.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and adapt to changing needs.

• Knowledge of food & beverage operations and vendor management is a plus.
