OOm Pte Ltd is a leading digital marketing agency, specialising in creating impactful marketing campaigns to help businesses grow and succeed. We are looking for a dynamic and proactive Account Manager (Paid Media) to join our team and build long-term relationships with our clients, driving growth and ensuring project success.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Success & Relationship Management

  • Serve as the primary client contact for Paid Media campaigns, building trusted relationships and understanding client business objectives.
  • Communicate campaign updates, insights, and recommendations clearly to clients, translating performance metrics into actionable business insights.
  • Anticipate client needs, identify opportunities for campaign growth or cross-channel integration, and provide proactive solutions.
  • Support proposal preparation and contribute to business development opportunities.

Campaign Oversight & Strategic Coordination

  • Oversee Paid Media campaigns across platforms such as Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Programmatic, ensuring campaigns meet client objectives.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure campaigns are delivered cohesively, on time, and to the expected quality.
  • Review performance reports and ensure recommendations from Performance Strategists are clearly communicated and implemented.
  • Monitor campaign pacing, budget adherence, and KPI achievement, providing insights for optimisation.

Reporting & Performance Alignment

  • Analyse campaign performance data alongside Performance Strategists, summarising results and trends for clients.
  • Prepare and present performance updates, monthly reports, and quarterly business reviews.
  • Document learnings and ensure insights are applied to future campaigns.

Internal Collaboration & Process Management

  • Serve as a liaison between client expectations and internal execution teams, ensuring alignment across strategy, creative, and media.
  • Support workflow improvements and maintain organised campaign documentation.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, platform updates, and emerging technologies to provide strategic recommendations.

Key Requirements:

  • 3–5 years of experience in client servicing or account management, ideally within a digital, media, or integrated agency environment.
  • Strong understanding of Paid Media platforms, reporting, and optimisation, including Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Programmatic.
  • Experience with Social Media campaigns and/or Event marketing is highly advantageous.
  • Excellent project coordination and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and stakeholders.
  • Strong client-facing communication and presentation skills, able to distil complex media and performance data into actionable insights.
  • Familiarity with analytics and reporting tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Business Manager, Data Studio.
  • Commercially minded and proactive in identifying opportunities for account growth or optimisation.
  • Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
