We are looking for a dynamic and proactive Account Manager (Integrated Marketing) to join our team and build long-term relationships with our clients, driving growth and ensuring project success.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Success & Relationship Management
- Serve as the main client lead, managing day-to-day communications and ensuring campaigns are delivered to the highest standard.
- Develop a deep understanding of each client's business and marketing objectives, translating them into actionable strategies and performance-driven plans.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships through consistent value delivery, reporting, and strategic counsel.
- Monitor campaign performance, identify optimisation opportunities, and recommend improvements to meet or exceed KPIs.
- Identify opportunities for account growth through new initiatives and cross-channel recommendations.
Campaign Oversight & Strategic Coordination
- Oversee the progress of media, social, and activation campaigns — ensuring timelines, quality, and objectives are met.
- Collaborate closely with internal strategists and planners to ensure campaign strategies align with client KPIs and business goals.
- Coordinate between internal departments to ensure all moving parts (creative, media, content, production) are aligned and delivered cohesively.
- Participate in campaign planning discussions, providing input from a client perspective.
- Ensure campaign learnings and insights are documented and translated into future strategies.
Reporting & Performance Alignment
- Review and interpret media and social performance reports, providing clients with clear insights and business implications.
- Work with the performance strategist to ensure optimisation strategies align with broader marketing goals.
- Prepare and present performance reviews and quarterly business updates to clients.
Internal Collaboration & Process Management
- Partner with the strategy and performance teams to ensure the client brief is translated accurately into campaign plans.
- Ensure internal deliverables meet client expectations in terms of timing, quality, and relevance.
- Support proposal development and assist in new business pitches where required.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a client servicing or key account management role within a creative, media, or integrated agency environment, managing regional or high-value brand portfolios.
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to analyse business objectives, identify growth opportunities, and translate data insights into actionable strategies that drive ROI.
- Strong understanding & Experience in Paid Media ecosystems, including planning, reporting, and optimisation frameworks across Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Programmatic platforms.
- Understanding of social and experiential marketing, with the ability to integrate paid, owned, and earned channels into holistic brand campaigns is preferred.
- Excellent project management skills, with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent campaigns, timelines, and stakeholders under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, able to distil complex media and creative strategies into clear, compelling client narratives.
- Highly collaborative mindset — adept at working cross-functionally with internal teams (strategy, creative, content, performance, production) and external vendors or partners.
- Proactive, solutions-oriented, and able to anticipate client needs before they arise, ensuring consistent client satisfaction and long-term partnership growth.
- A passion for marketing innovation, staying up to date with emerging platforms, audience behaviours, and evolving media technologies.
