We are seeking an experienced Accounting & Finance Manager to oversee and lead finance operations across multiple countries in the region. This role requires a strong background in financial management, compliance, and strategic business support, with the ability to work across diverse jurisdictions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee all accounting and finance functions across regional entities, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.
  • Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including consolidated reports.
  • Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to support strategic decision-making.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, tax regulations, and international accounting standards (IFRS/local GAAP).
  • Coordinate external audits and liaise with auditors across jurisdictions.
  • Implement and maintain robust internal controls and financial policies.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and operational efficiency.
  • Monitor cash flow, working capital, and treasury functions across the region.
  • Provide leadership, mentorship, and guidance to local finance teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline; CPA/ACCA or equivalent preferred.
  • At least 8 years of progressive experience in accounting and finance, with a minimum of 3 years in a regional capacity.
  • Proven expertise in preparing consolidated financial statements across multiple entities and jurisdictions.
  • Strong understanding of IFRS and local accounting standards, particularly in Singapore, Malaysia, and Indonesia.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and advanced Excel skills.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities across borders.
  • Self-motivated, disciplined, and results-driven, with the ability to thrive under pressure.
