Accounting Manager

Job purpose

To manage the accounting and finance operations of the Singapore entities and support the Group CFO in cross-border reporting, compliance, and financial planning. This is a hands-on role suitable for a start-up environment, responsible for daily accounting, statutory compliance, taxation, and management reporting. The incumbent will also assist in implementing financial systems, coordinating with China HQ on group consolidation and reporting, and supporting the CFO in areas such as pricing, cost control, and audit coordination. As the company grows, the role may evolve into a leadership position overseeing a local finance team.

全面负责公司在新加坡实体的会计与财务运作,并协助集团首席财务官(CFO)开展跨境财务报告、合规及财务规划相关工作。该岗位为初创阶段的实务型角色,需亲力亲为地处理日常会计核算、法定合规、税务申报及管理报告。同时,协助实施财务系统、与中国总部对接集团合并报表及报告事宜,并在定价、成本管控及审计协调等方面支持CFO。随着公司发展,该岗位将逐步扩展为带领本地财务团队的管理角色。

Job Responsibilities 职位职责

Accounting & Reporting 会计与财务报告

• Handle full sets of accounts, month-end closing, and prepare management and statutory financial reports.
  
  负责全盘账务、月结及管理/法定财务报表的编制。
• Ensure all accounting records comply with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS).
  
  确保账务处理符合新加坡财务报告准则(SFRS)。
• Support group reporting requirements and submission to China HQ.
  
  支持集团财务报告要求并向中国总部提交相关数据。

HQ Liaison & Compliance 总部协调与合规

• Act as finance contact point with China HQ to ensure alignment in reporting standards and timelines.
  
  担任与中国总部的财务对接人,确保报告标准与时间节点一致。
• Assist in preparation of cross-border financial reports and intercompany reconciliations.
  
  协助准备跨境财务报告及关联公司往来核对。
• Support coordination of global or regional audits and statutory filings.
  
  协助协调全球或区域审计及法定申报工作。

Statutory & Tax Compliance 法定与税务合规

• Manage local statutory filings, corporate tax, GST, and withholding tax compliance.
  
  负责新加坡本地的法定申报、公司税、消费税及预提税合规。
• Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, and relevant authorities.
  
  与外部审计师、税务顾问及政府监管机构沟通协调。

Strategic Business Partnering 战略业务支持

• Assist the CFO and management in financial analysis for product pricing, market expansion, and margin evaluation.
  
  协助CFO及管理层进行产品定价、市场拓展及利润分析。
• Provide financial insights to support commercial and operational decisions.
  
  提供财务见解,支持公司业务与运营决策。

Industry-Specific Financial Operations 行业相关财务操作

• Support accounting treatment for trade promotions, warranties, rebates, and inventory turnover.
  
  处理促销、保修、返点及库存周转等行业相关财务事项。
• Assist in import/export valuations and distributor pricing analysis.
  
  协助进出口估值及分销定价分析。

International Tax & Transfer Pricing 国际税务与转让定价

• Support preparation of transfer pricing documentation and ensure compliance with group policies.
  
  协助准备转让定价文档,确保符合集团政策及各国法规。
• Assist in global tax planning and cross-border transaction review.
  
  协助集团税务筹划及跨境交易合规审查。

System & Process Support 系统与流程支持

• Support ERP or accounting system setup and ensure accurate data migration.
  
  协助ERP或会计系统的建立与数据准确迁移。
• Develop and maintain financial SOPs and internal control documentation.
  
  制定并维护财务标准作业流程(SOP)及内部控制文件。

Start-up Operations Support 初创期业务支持

• Handle ad-hoc financial and administrative matters to support daily operations.
  
  处理日常运营相关的临时财务及行政事务。
• Assist CFO in establishing scalable finance processes for future expansion.
  
  协助CFO建立适应未来扩张的财务体系与流程。

Job Requirements 职位要求

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent; CPA / ACCA qualification preferred.
  
  会计、财务或相关专业本科及以上学历,具备CPA / ACCA资格者优先。
• Minimum 5–8 years of hands-on accounting and finance experience, preferably in electrical appliances, consumer goods industries.
  
  至少5–8年财务与会计实务经验,有电器、消费品行业经验者优先。
• Strong understanding of Singapore accounting standards, corporate tax, and GST compliance.
  
  熟悉新加坡会计准则、公司税及消费税法规。
• Experience liaising with China-headquartered companies is an advantage.
  
  有与中国总部对接经验者优先。
• Proficient in ERP / accounting systems

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a hands-on mindset.
