Job Scope:

  • Manage and grow key customer accounts in the semiconductor sector.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, acting as main point of contact.
  • Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Drive sales growth through upselling, cross-selling, and new opportunities.
  • Handle contract negotiation, pricing, and commercial terms with clients.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and account plans.
  • Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer developments.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (engineering, product, supply chain, customer service) to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Address customer issues promptly and ensure high satisfaction.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to company revenue growth.

Job Requirements:

  • Degree/Diploma in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or related field.
  • At least 3 – 5 years of sales or account management experience, preferably in the semiconductor or electronics industry.
  • Strong customer relationship management and negotiation skills.
  • Good understanding of semiconductor market trends and customer needs.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive, result-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings when required.
