Job Summary:

  • Basic Salary: $4000 - $5000
  • Location: Tampines/Genting Lane
  • Working hours: Monday to Friday (8.30am to 5.30pm)
  • AWS + VB

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage full sales and project lifecycle (RFP, RFQ, NPI, after-sales), ensuring client satisfaction and on-time delivery.
  • Act as primary liaison with international clients, understanding needs, proposing solutions, and maintaining strong partnerships.
  • Coordinate with R&D, manufacturing, and supply chain teams to resolve issues and ensure smooth project execution.
  • Plan and track project goals, schedules, budgets, and risks, providing regular updates to clients and management.
  • Monitor market trends and technologies to support business growth and client product planning.
  • Manage inventory risks (excess/obsolete stock), negotiate with clients on cost-sharing, and optimize processes to minimize future costs.

Requirements:

  • Strong business and financial acumen with the ability to manage cost, margin, and inventory.
  • Experience in contract and commercial terms negotiation with global clients.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a track record of process improvement.
  • Exceptional communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • It may require to have call at night due to different time zone etc
