Job Description:
- Supports sales and operations
- Co-ordinates and process quotation requests for sales team
- Co-ordinates and process orders from customers
- Interfaces with customers, sales, customer service
- Issuing sales transaction invoices.
- Verifying orders, including customers' personal information and payment details.
- Contacting customers by phone or email to answer queries and obtain missing information.
- Maintaining and updating sales and customer records.
- Directing feedback from customers to relevant departments.
- Any other sales administrative duties as assigned & Required.
