Job Responsibilities:

·       Manage patient registration, visit creation, billing, and payment collection to ensure accurate transactions and smooth pharmacy operations.

·       Handle billing processes including corrections, batch billing, third-party billing, and resolve related issues like receipt cancellations and refunds.

·       Assist with financial reconciliation, support billing during system downtimes, and maintain up-to-date patient records.

·       Train pharmacy staff on medication billing procedures and update training materials accordingly.

·       Provide administrative support to the Pharmacy Billing Team and perform additional tasks as required.

Job Requirements:

·       Diploma holder

·       Relevant experience will be preferred

·       Meticulous, analytical and possess good organizational and coordination skills as well as good interpersonal and communication skills

·       Able to exercise initiative, manage stress and multi-task in a fast-paced environment

·       Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to excel at handling multiple hospital systems

·       Knowledge in using SAP system will be advantageous
