About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Associate Executive to join our Executive Office. In this role, you will provide administrative and secretarial support to the Finance and Clinic Operations teams. You will also be involved in managing committee matters, preparing reports, and ensuring smooth day-to-day departmental operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update intranet pages
  • Manage routine and ad-hoc tasks for committees
  • Prepare and collate materials for committee meetings.
  • Assist with Finance data entry (e.g., receipts and payments).
  • Track and update the IT Access Register.
  • Update Clinic Executives' leave roster and process patient listings.
  • Prepare monthly Finance and Clinic Operations reports.
  • Provide secretarial support to the Heads of Department (Finance and Clinic Operations).
  • Act as the liaison officer for Finance and Clinic Operations.
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Diploma in any discipline.
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in administrative / secretarial support.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.
  • Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
