Senior Events Project Manager

We want a talented Events Project Manager to join our team to produce events that will make an impact. You will work with a dynamic team to ensure events are successful, focusing on concept, quality, project management and client servicing.

SCOPE OF WORK
• Client Liaison and Servicing: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are understood and met throughout the project lifecycle.
• Project Management: Oversee all stages of project planning and execution, from initiation to completion, ensuring smooth workflows and high-quality outcomes.
• Creative Ideation: Initiate or participate in team brainstorming for creative concepts that answer to the project briefs.
• Proposal Crafting: Collaborate with team members to create unique, compelling proposals tailored to client objectives that includes creative concepts, venues, timeline, guests experience and costs.
• Cost Management: Prepare, manage, and tabulate client quotations, ensuring budgets are adhered to and value is delivered.
• Operations and Administration: Plan and manage project operations, logistics, and administrative tasks to ensure seamless execution.
• Vendor and Venue Sourcing: Identify and secure venues, vendors, entertainment, and event-related resources that align with project requirements.
• Internal Collaboration: Coordinate and communicate effectively with the events, production, and design teams to ensure alignment across all aspects of the project.
• Vendor Management: Supervise and manage external vendors to maintain quality and ensure timely delivery of services and suitable pricing.
• Timeline Control: Develop and manage project timelines to ensure all deliverables are met on schedule.
• Event Execution: Ensure the efficient activation and flawless execution of events and exhibitions, maintaining high standards throughout.
CRITERIA
• Minimum 4 – 6 years' experience in events production and management
• Academic qualifications in events, marketing or related qualification preferred
• Relevant experience with planning and management of luxury, lifestyle or corporate events and exhibitions
• Possess strong client management and account servicing experience
• Highly motivated and efficient
• Resourceful in getting unique venues and vendors
• Creative and with a good sense of aesthetics
• Relevant AI platform knowledge and usage
• Good organisational techniques with meticulous attention to details
• Lifestyle, fashion and consumer trends savvy
• Able to craft strong visually appealing proposals
• Good writing and communication skills, with an outgoing personality
• Proficient in English, and bilingual in Chinese preferred, but not essential.
