Chab Events is a turnkey corporate event management, experiential marketing and video production company based in Singapore, Paris and Bali. We work across a large range of industries including healthcare, insurance, banking, luxury and food & beverage.

**The Role**

**We’re looking for**
- Experience with organizing events up to 2000+ attendance
- At least 6 to 8 years in the Event Management and Construction of exhibitions, popup and other brand activations in Singapore and SEA
- Comprehensive knowledge of the B2B event management industry
- Technical knowledge of set construction, materials and design would be advantageous.
- Ability to analyze problems and demonstrate critical thinking
- Confident and positive attitude: this is a client facing role that needs a happy, enthusiastic and professional person who understands how to liaise and present themselves in front of clients and suppliers within a working environment.
- Excellent organizer with strong project management skills must have experience in managing multiple events at any one time with the ability to multitask and priorities based upon the event requirements.
- Ability to understand client objectives and interpret them to develop an integrated event strategy (including good listening and questioning skills)
- Managing the clients and colleagues expectations accurately with the ability to meet agreed deadlines.
- Ability to solve problems on site while managing a wider team, react accordingly and provide solutions to the internal, external and clients alike
- Immaculate attention to detail & writing skills can input information quickly, accurately and thoroughly while being comfortable with proofreading and basic copywriting
- Team player - happy to take instructions but also work independently and proactively when required.
- Excellent experience in working with spreadsheets and creating proposals and presentations in PowerPoint is a must.
- Comfortable working under pressure in a dynamic & multicultural startup environment. Account management
- Taking the lead in clients’ marketing and advertising strategies
- Leading a team to provide the utmost level of client services
- Liaising with clients at a senior level
- Promoting the expansion of business with existing clients
- Serve as the point of contact for customers in your portfolio
- Understand customer requirements and needs to offer suitable solutions and generate new business
- Completing projects to a specific schedule and within an agreed budget
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits
- Using your skills to push clients, and the agency, creatively and strategically plan budgets and activities for account management in the company
- Ensure the timely delivery of services and products to clients
- Resolve issues to maintain and strengthen customer trust
- Managing Events producers and executive to ensure delivery of events

Internal Events: From Dinner & Dances to shareholder meetings and team building, we pride ourselves as experts in this field. We plan and execute multiple events for companies seeking to foster their company spirit.

External Events: Our clients come to us when they are in need of flexing their creative muscles. We specialize in gala dinners, experiential marketing, luxury launches, PR campaigns and pop-up concepts that captivate the targeted audience.

Travel: From the logistics to the execution, we have an experienced team who handles the clients' needs for events outside of Singapore.

**Salary**: $3,500.00 - $5,500.00 per month
