The role

The DreamR Project Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced Senior Interior Designer to join our dynamic team. In this full-time role, you will play a pivotal part in shaping the design visions for our diverse range of residential and commercial projects located in the Bukit Merah Central Region.

What you'll be doing

  • Lead the conceptualisation and design development of interior spaces, ensuring they align with the client's requirements and the company's design ethos
  • Produce detailed design drawings, 3D visualisations, and technical specifications to effectively communicate design intent to clients and construction teams
  • Collaborate closely with project managers, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project delivery
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, materials, and technologies, and incorporate them into your design solutions
  • Mentor and guide more junior designers, sharing your expertise and helping them develop their skills
  • Actively participate in business development activities, contributing to proposals and pitches

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 8 years of experience as an Interior Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design flair and technical prowess
  • Degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field
  • Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite
  • Excellent visual communication and presentation skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively in a team
  • Passion for design, innovation, and delivering exceptional client experiences
