**Job Title: Interior Designer & Sales Executive (Singapore-Based)**

We are looking for a **talented Interior Designer with strong sales and project coordination skills** who can pitch, design, and close deals while managing project execution. This role offers a **commission-based structure**, rewarding successful project closures.

**Key Responsibilities**

**1. Sales & Client Pitching**
- Identify and engage potential clients for **residential, commercial, and retail interior design projects**.
- Prepare and deliver **persuasive design proposals and sales pitches** to secure projects.
- Develop **strong client relationships** and maintain a network of high-end clients, developers, and corporate contacts.
- Handle **contract negotiations and closing sales**, earning commissions on successful deals.

**2. Interior Design & Rendering**
- Conceptualize and develop **high-quality interior designs** based on client needs.
- Produce **detailed 2D AutoCAD drawings** and **3D renders using SketchUp, 3ds Max, Enscape, or Lumion**.
- Create **mood boards, material boards, and detailed project presentations** for client approvals.
- Ensure designs meet **aesthetic, functional, and budgetary requirements**.

**3. Construction & Project Coordination**
- Liaise with **contractors, suppliers, and vendors** to ensure proper project execution.
- Conduct **site visits and inspections** to monitor progress and quality.
- Coordinate with the **construction team** to ensure that design specifications are followed.
- Solve on-site design and execution issues while maintaining project timelines.

**4. Client & Subcontractor Management**
- Collaborate with clients throughout the project to ensure satisfaction.
- Work closely with **Sunpeak’s construction team, subcontractors, and external consultants** to align design and build execution.
- Verify and review **subcontractor drawings, samples, and quotations** to ensure accuracy and feasibility.

**Qualifications & Requirements**

**Experience**: At least **5 years of experience in interior design, construction coordination, and sales**.
**Education**: Degree/Diploma in **Interior Design, Architecture, or related fields**.
**Software Proficiency**:

- **AutoCAD** (for technical drawings)
- **SketchUp, 3ds Max, or Revit** (for 3D modeling)
- **Rendering Software**: Lumion, Enscape, V-Ray, or equivalent

**Sales & Negotiation Skills**: Ability to **pitch, negotiate, and close deals**, with commission incentives for successful projects.
**Industry Knowledge**: Strong understanding of **construction processes, materials, and interior fit-out coordination**.
**Communication & Client Management**: Excellent **spoken and written English** with the ability to **communicate with high-end clients and developers**.
**Project Coordination**: Experience in managing interior design projects from concept to completion, including **site coordination**.
**Singapore Market Experience**: Must be **currently based in Singapore** with familiarity in the **local ID, construction, and fit-out industry**.
