Roles and Responsibilities
- Meet prospective clients and advise clients on space planning and design concepts.
- Prepare proposal and quotation based on customers' requirements and design
- Propose and present conceptual design to the customer
- Undertake design projects from conceptualization to completion
- Assist in material proposal and product sourcing
- Project coordination and site supervision
- Work closely with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure project completion.
- Scheduling and coordination for renovation
- Manages the coordination and logistics of product deliveries and installation
- Travel to the renovation site during the renovation period
- Develop and maintain productive and effective relationships with customers on time.

**Requirements**:

- Creative, positive attitude, and highly self-motivated
- Problem-solving attitude
- Able to multi-task and handle multiple projects and meet project timelines.
- Must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently and in teams
- Has prior knowledge in Adobe Illustrator, AutoCAD and Sketch-up
- Minimum 3 years of relevant interior design experience (Residential, Retail and

Commercial projects). Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- A minimum diploma or degree in Interior Design or relevant courses will beconsidered.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: From $3,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus
