The Trade Marketing Manager drives the creation of strong, data-driven strategies across both On Trade and Off Trade channels. Acting as the bridge between brand objectives and market execution, this role translates brand plans into impactful trade activities that boost growth in key channels.

The Opportunity
- A leadership role with full ownership of Off-Trade and Wholesale sales strategy, managing key modern trade accounts, premium channels, and e-commerce.
- Working Location: Central
The Talent
- Minimum 7 years of professional experience, including at least 3 years in Trade Marketing or Channel Development.
- Background in Spirits or FMCG industries is advantageous.
- Proven leadership ability with strong skills in cross-functional teamwork.
- Hands-on experience managing A&P budgets and evaluating trade ROI.
- Expertise in channel and shopper marketing, with solid knowledge of on-trade and off-trade landscapes.
- Strong capability in trade strategy formulation and planning.
- Commercially minded with collaborative strength across Brand, Sales, and Finance functions.
- Skilled in activation execution and operational efficiency.
- Experienced in leading teams and developing talent.
- High sense of accountability and ownership.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills.
The Job
- Channel Strategy - Shape and refine trade channel strategies (On & Off Trade), aligning with brand priorities, shopper insights, and market opportunities.
- Business Planning - Support S&OP by integrating trade marketing impact, sharing market and competitor insights, and optimizing past activation learnings.
- Visibility & Activation - Lead high-impact visibility and activation programs in priority venues (e.g., hotels, bars, fine dining) with scalable playbooks and advocacy initiatives.
- Sales Enablement - Partner with Sales to strengthen customer engagement, provide activation-ready tools, and establish frameworks to measure sell-in/sell-out performance.
- Team Leadership - Mentor trade marketing specialists, build organizational capability, and drive knowledge sharing across markets.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration - Act as the connector between Sales, Brand, Shopper Marketing, and Trade Partners to ensure consistent yet locally relevant execution.
- Budget & ROI Management - Manage trade marketing budgets, allocate A&P spend effectively, and track ROI for promotions, activations, and key investments.
