**Sales**:
Our Sales teams help to deliver Reckitt's purpose by building shared success with our customers, making access to the highest quality hygiene, wellness, and nourishment possible in-stores and online.
Within Sales, we're focused on achieving outperformance across all of our channels, operating in highly competitive categories. This focus results in a dynamic, fast paced environment where cross functional teams are encouraged to collaborate to achieve success.
We have around 10,000 sales people across the world, within market roles and ranging in areas like Field Sales, Key Accounts, Trade Marketing and Category Development.
**About the role**:
Reporting to Head of Trade Marketing, you’ll be responsible to lead & develop the brand/channel strategy and execution plans. Responsible of delivering of the turnover, market share targets as well as for the implementations of the perfect stores’ initiatives within the 5Ps guidelines and for the achievements of sales fundamental according to channel blue print.
**Your responsibilities**:
- Deliver against planned revenue, volume, gross margin of key brand & customers.
- Prepare channel blueprints with clear & define 5Ps guideline with strong objectives.
- Drive brand performance through implementation of Perfect Stores / Sales fundamental target by customers/channel via Sales Team.
- Leading development of the brand/channel strategy to achieve defined business objectives across all product.
- Define brand by channel promo guidelines & secure implementation.
- Evaluate & monitor promo progress & effectiveness.
- Proactive in planning of all gap fill activities if needed.
- Ensure the management and monitoring of brand trade spend investments is effectively managed.
- Contribute to the Company’s goals and objectives and improve market share, customer satisfaction and productivity performance.
- Development of a trade promotional plan with key customers and channels.
- Prepare listings, define trade story, prepare trade material, communications & national promotion.
- For any form of communication directly or indirectly linked to Company/Brand equity works under supervision and responsibility of Marketing Dept.
- Ensure alignment across the Sales and Marketing organizations on field sales needs and marketing initiatives.
- Work closely with key customers to provide category and shopper insights to drive performance.
- Partner with the Demand planning team on stocks forecasting to manage healthy stocks for execution.
**The experience we're looking for**:
- 4 to 6 years of experience in similar position preferably in the FMCG sector.
- Must have excellent oral, interpersonal and written communications skills.
- trade or customer marketing background, and experience working with sales organizations.
