Our client, a well-known company is looking for candidates for the position of Sales Executive.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and nurture business relationships to meet sales, market share, and profitability goals.
  • Formulate, implement, and execute business strategies that align with organizational objectives.
  • Prepare periodic business performance reports, including sales and inventory assessments.
  • Manage dealer inventory through effective sell-out initiatives.
  • Collaborate with customers and retail outlets to strengthen dealer relationships.
  • Oversee customers' Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable.
  • Convey monthly sales targets to individual promoters.
  • Support promoters with their leave applications and update the HR team accordingly.
  • Assist the sales team in generating monthly performance reports.
  • Perform any ad-hoc tasks associated with business operations.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Diploma or Degree in Marketing/Business with 1-2 years of relevant experience.
  • Familiarity with channel sales would be advantageous.
  • Experience in consumer products is a plus.
  • Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel (including VLOOKUP and pivot tables).
  • Knowledge of Business Accounting and P&L is beneficial.
  • Strong analytical skills, along with excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • A collaborative team player with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
