Our client is a leading multinational shipping organisation based in Singapore. In line with continued growth they are currently recruiting for Global HRSS Specialist.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • HRSS Operations :Support HR data governance, analytics, reporting, and administering ticketing system. Drive efficient employee lifecycle operations process.
  • HR System (SuccesFactors) :Module lead for assigned SuccessFactors Module
  • HR System Support :Work with IT and approved vendor to manage system related issues, data integrity, and overall system functionality.
  • HR Data Analytics : Perform analysis on HR data, identify trends and develop predictive analytics per business request

Key Requirements

  • Recognised Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources / Business / Sociology / Communications.
  • Comes with more than 5 years of work experience in Human Resources Management in the capacity of HRIS or within a HR Shared Service setup.
  • Data-driven, attention to detail and system-oriented.
  • Thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
